Associate Director Of Engagement & Workforce, Mid & South Essex Community Collaborative.

This role will work as part of the transformation team to lead, shape and drive the Engagement & workforce agenda for the MSECC. They will instigate drive and lead the delivery of a vision and mission for engagement & workforce across mid and South Essex.

The role will take a lead role in delivering engagement & co-production in the next phase of the Mid and South Essex Community Collaborative ensuring the transformation is driven and delivered on time alongside clear identification of risk.

The role will lead engagement & workforce with key stakeholders including Workforce, Patients & Communities and deliver key public consultation programmes on behalf of the collaborative.

The role will take a specific focus on delivering Engagement & workforce workstreams for the existing programmes of work supporting the MSECC Board and Joint Operational Group to deliver the agreed strategic objectives.
Setting strategy and delivering long-term transformation
- Lead the development and delivery of tactical, operational and strategic engagement & workforce plans
- Lead whole system engagement & workforce oversight across the MSECC to enable longer-term transformation and substantial positive change.
- Promote varied and innovative means of engaging with stakeholders which is complex with historical challenges
- Full responsibility for engagement & workforce planning across the overarching collaborative and in-scope services.
- Lead develop, implement and evaluate the engagement & workforce strategy and policy for the collaborative, ensuring it is aligned to MSE system engagement.
- Lead design and deliver strategic engagement & workforce events
- Manager whole system engagement & Workforce budgets across the MSECC
