**The Role**
- easyJet has lots of customer data from the many millions of customers who have flown with us and continue to fly with us every year, plus the millions who now enjoy their package holidays we offer through easyJet holidays. The challenge is to unify that data from multiple sources, create a customer 360 / Single customer view, and activate that data to the capabilities and platforms that need it - such as CRM, communications, service, app etc.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- The Product Owner is a key strategic role, responsible for owning the vision and backlog for our customer data platform & customer identify and data domain.
- You will play a leading and influential role in our flagship Customer Data Foundations Programme, where along with other capabilities we will be delivering a new CDP. You will own those CDP capabilities for easyJet across both our Airlines and Holidays businesses.

**Requirements of the Role**

**How you will do it**:

- Support the Head of Customer Data & Transformation to embed the customer data strategy throughout the business.
- Develop the user cases for customer data into a transformational CDP capability roadmap, including the successful launch of an MVP CDP in 23/24
- Collaborate with prospective users of customer data to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into CDP product requirements and detailed user stories, evaluated against a strict acceptance criterion.
- Define the vision for the CDP product and the ongoing adoption across easyJet, working closely with the Customer Data Transformation Lead, Enterprise Architect for Customer and Technology teams
- Maintain an evidence-based product road map and backlog, continuously incorporate new feature requests into the product roadmap, and prioritising based on changing requirements and benefit realisation
- Oversee all stages of CDP product creation including design and development, test, launch, evaluate, adoption as BAU, and monitor and evaluate at each stage of the process.
- Liaise with the customer domain team, technology and end-users to plan and deliver CDP updates
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in the data science and technology community to bring together data from multiple sources, and deliver CDP products that provide the business with the customer data and capability they need to meet current and future objectives
- Engage and own the relationships with 3rd parties to expand the data capabilities of easyJet including new data sources and tools to enrich our view of the customer
- Support the Head of Customer Data with leading on requirements for major projects
- Ensure all solutions are compliant, monitored, refreshed, adapted and documented to a very high standard.

**What you will need to do the role**:

- Have industry and best practice knowledge of CDP capabilities, including technical and digital expertise.
- Confident to deliver the roadmap in agile /scrum methodology
- Exceptional presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate often complex problems into easier to understand solutions
- Extensive technical knowledge and expertise of a wide range of platforms and architecture is essential - CDPs, CEPs, DMPs and communications platforms and tools
- Knowledge of GDPR and data regulation across EU
- Must be able lead and influence cross functional teams to delivery. Excellent at building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- A customer first and commercial mindset - identifying the best solutions to deliver both a great customer experience and commercial benefits
- Very strong organisational, project implementation & project management skills - especially agile methodology
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

**Location & Hours of Work**
- This is a full-time hybrid working role, we typically get together once a week in the office which is based at Luton Airport.
