Your new company
We are recruiting a Income Officer for a large housing association. This is a temporary opportunity until the end of May, but there could be scope for this role to continue beyond this.
Your new role
You will work within the rental income team, your role will involve chasing rent arrears and helping tenants set up payment plans if they are struggling with repayments. You will deal with tenants via numerous communication channels including telephone, mailand home visits. This role will be working Monday - Friday 37 hours per week, the hours of operation are 8-6pm. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working, you would be required in the office based in St Helens every Weds and Thurs.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be educated to GCSE standard or NVQ level 3 or equivalent. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have previous experience of working within an income officer role. Knowledge of housing legislation is essential.
