**Spa Experience Manager - Cumbria**
This is a leadership and intricate role which consists of the day to day running of the Spa operation in a hands-on capacity. The position requires a highly experienced, organised, and driven individual with a strong commercial focus, proven leadership skillsand great presence.
The spa is taking on a new direction, expanding the team and offering an exciting opportunity for a leader who is seeking career growth. Guest journey and experience is paramount to the success of the spa alongside the development of an expanding team.
