**ABOUT YOU**

This role will support Customers and the Business Line as a whole through right first time billing and financial requirements whilst merging individual laboratory procurement and facility practices. The role will enable the laboratories to focus on laboratory testing whilst enabling customer services to build Ever Better customer relationships with right first-time billing and query handling. In addition, the role will ensure accurate supplier setup, procurement and engagement with relevant parties and ensure facilities management is addressed timeously.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Excellent IT literacy skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Organised, tidy
- Strong numeracy skills and Excel knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Peoplesoft experience or equivalent finance software knowledge advantageous
- Proactive, evidence of seeking resolution to problems
- Customer oriented with a collaborative team ethos
- Experience of working against monthly financial deadlines

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Key activities**:

- Billing and invoice disputes
- Working capital activities to reduce and prevent bad debt
- Where necessary, client and supplier setup requirements
- Procurement of stock as indicated by the business and the accurate management of receipting, match exceptions and open PO’s.
- Supporting month end financial tasks
- Coordinating and engaging with facility services providers
- KPI Reporting weekly and monthly as required
