**The Role**:

- As our
- **Global Head of Order to Cash (OTC)**, world class quality, process efficiency and results will be key, whilst overseeing relationships at all levels, and creating engagement and development for a strong global OTC team, ensuring high performance, retention and succession planning.**What you will be doing**:

- Guiding a team of up to 30, with 6 direct reports and owning the Group’s OTC process with full accountability for its overall strategy and end to end processes. Accountable for AR sales and bookings month-end close activities.
- Develop and ensure standardization, efficiency and effective tracking and monthly reporting of relevant KPIs such as aged debt reduction around the group, DSO, speed to invoicing, unbilled orders backlog, and rate of order activation.
- Monitor KPIs and address any inefficiency and performance issues in a timely fashion to ensure performance is maintained and develop and track KPIs for signs of risk to cash collections / aged debt early, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to mitigate. Provide monthly KPI evaluation and commentary for the Board’s Monthly Information Pack (MIP).
- Ensure strong quality and control measures are in place over data in all areas of the OTC chain, and any gaps identified are addressed in a timely fashion and ensure documentation for all global processes is in place.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to continuously improve the operating effectiveness and efficiency of the OTC function and provide regular enablement sessions.
- Review (periodically), update and implement the Group’s OTC policies and procedures as required and to keep pace with commercial and other changes.

**What experience are we looking for**:

- A customer centric and practiced people leader, with a proven aptitude to collaboratively direct and engage large and diverse teams and stakeholders across various countries/cultures.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with all aspects of the OTC end to end financial processes and of relevant systems and tools.
- Able to prioritise multiple demands and meet stretching time frames and achieve results, whilst exercising attention to detail and quality and maintaining credibility within the organization.
- Assured at presenting at senior levels, and able to adjust communication and detail appropriately.
- Strategic or hands on where needed and able to identify risks early, and confidently develop plans to mitigate, and demonstrable experience in delivering financial, quality and efficiency results in a global business, in a similar role.
