A bit about the job:
You will be accountable for enabling and delivering change in the Global, Corporate and Specialty Lines business. Working with business teams to help assess opportunities, driving and implement change that makes a positive difference in the business.
You will be leading multiple business projects and ensuring delivery meets objectives on time, on budget as well as preparing and owning business readiness to ensure delivery adoption is fully utilised and balanced.
As well as delivering change into the business, as a senior change consultant you may have leadership responsibilities and will support the team with coaching, support, and resolution of issues. You will support the Head of Change to deliver team objectives, including oversight of and prioritisation of workload supply and demand and deputise in governance forums where necessary.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong experience of delivering and leading end-to-end change projects with people/cultural, business process, systems, and technology teams.- Experience & knowledge of change/project management methodologies & tools, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.- Demonstrates the ability to deliver at pace and with agility.- Strong communication skills & stakeholder management, including the ability to influence decision makers.- Experience of developing & using delivery frameworks for portfolio/programmes/projects, including project planning, implementation and managing and mitigating risks and issues
