Overall Purpose

To complete general administrative duties within Head Office. Support the HR and Payroll teams.
To manage and support in all aspect of SEA properties. Ensuring that the contracted services meet all legal, statutory and client specifications and react to any day-to-day issues that arise in an expedient and professional manner, ensuring that the buildings operate both efficiently and effectively.

**MAIN DUTIES**:
**Admin -**
- To deal with incoming and outgoing post.
- To assist with the purchase of stock, equipment, staff supply of PPE and office resources.
- Data inputting on staff and client files and weekly statistics.
- To take notes at meetings

**Property -**

Manage SEA properties by managing repairs and ensuring essential maintenance of all properties.

Ensure all required safety checks are in place to ensure compliance.

Liaise with utilities companies and ensure that tenants contributions are collected.

Set up health and safety files (including fire safety) and ensure that these are adhered to by the operational staff team.

Carry out environmental audits and spot checks to ensure that the properties are maintained to the highest standard.

Update the Business Continuity/Emergency Plan for each property.

Maintain an inventory of items in each property.

Order any necessary items/furniture and equipment for properties

Spot check properties to ensure that they are being maintained to a good standard

Create and update the tenant Welcome Packs and ensure that they are accessible for clients.

Liaise with contractors to coordinate renovations, refurbishments and moves and where appropriate get competitive quotes for work that needs to be carried out.

Liaise with contractors to carry out repairs and maintenance and where necessary any building modifications.

Maintain an up-to-date list of suppliers and contractors, including those that can be contacted in an emergency. Ensure that this is displayed in the property.

Liaise with the service team leaders to ensure minimum disruption to clients whilst works are carried out.

Ensure that all tenants have an up-to-date tenancy agreement that is accessible to them.

Ensure that all PEEPS (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan) are up to date and easy for staff to access.

Send out letters to clients where necessary regarding their tenancy and utility payments and liaise with the keyworker as required.

Identify new properties and work with architects, suppliers and contractors to ensure that they are up to the required standard.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
