About the Role:

Halecroft Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Scheduling Administrator, you will provide administrative support to all assigned project activities, ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are met, and always operate at the required service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager with a variety of tasks, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
  • Collate and update reports, and upload them onto a secure portal for easy access.
  • Provide administrative support for travel and accommodation bookings, ensuring timely and efficient arrangements.
  • Monitor the inbox, checking all correspondence and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Book engineers and assist with engineer scheduling, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes.
  • Deal with general telephone inquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience required, ideally from a construction, engineering, or scheduling background.
  • Confident, good telephone manner, and strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Working Hours: 9 – 5, Monday to Friday, in a fully office-based environment.

Salary: Circa £25K - £28K + Bonus, depending on experience.
