**£24,500 per year pro rata plus performance bonus**
- Key Responsibilities_
- Scheduling rotas daily, ensuring a good match between clients and carers whilst considering travel time
- Bidding on care packages
- Generating new private business
- Meeting KPI targets
- Liaising with staff, other care professionals, clients and family members
- Taking part in weekly on-call rotas (to include 1 in 3 weekends)
- Quality assurance
- Emergency care cover
- Other duties as requested by the Registered Manager
