**Caremark (Mansfield & Ashfield) **are recruiting to support the continued growth in our business, we are looking to recruit a part time Field Care Supervisor into our exceptional team to support our Care and Support Workers, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to come and join a great team in a fast paced rewarding environment.

Field Care Supervisors are based predominantly in the field and are responsible for the efficient running of their own specific, defined areas. Days/hours of work should vary to effectively monitor and support all Care & Support Workers and clients (including alternate weekends). You will be responsible for monitoring the safe delivery of care and supporting/mentoring Care & Support Workers in the field.

**Summary of role**

Responsible for managing and monitoring delivery of care in the field and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

Field Care Supervisors are responsible for the efficient running of their own specific, defined areas and should vary their hours of work in order to effectively monitor and support all Care & Support Workers and clients including weekends.

Field Care Supervisors should spend approximately 95% of their working week in the field with the remaining 5% being spent in the office in order to complete the necessary administrative duties.

**Principal responsibilities**
- Conduct a risk assessment of the clients property at each visit.
- To ensure all client visits are always covered - identify suitable Care & Support Workers to cover for any absences when an existing Care & Support Worker notifies that they are unable to attend a call.
- To provide and facilitate in-field training as and when appropriate.
- To conduct client reviews and respond to Individual Review Forms completed by Care & Support Workers as soon as possible.
- To report any changes in a Care & Support Worker’s or client’s schedule to the Care Coordinator.
- To monitor, supervise and mentor & Support all Care & Support Workers in the field.
- To monitor all clients for service and Care & Support Worker satisfaction.
- To ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation held in clients’ homes and electronic records.
- To manage and action any system generated alerts/incidents.
- To encourage and identify opportunities for Care & Support Workers continuing professional development.
- Conduct Exit Interviews with Care & Support Workers who are leaving the business.
- On-Call responsibilities including a documented handover.
- Maintain a safe working environment for you and your colleagues.

Applicants must be aged 21 and over and have a full valid driving licence.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From £18,500.00 per year
