About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Verity Healthcare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities
  • Assist clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygiene
  • Assist clients in getting up in the morning and going to bed at night
  • Assist clients with their medication at the agreed level of support and as detailed in their Medication Care Needs Assessment
  • Maintain detailed accurate records concerning care and medication support given and tasks undertaken
  • Prepare food and drink for the client, being aware of the client's choice likes/dislikes, nutritional needs, and cultural requirements
  • Provide light general household domestic duties, including housework and laundry, as detailed in the care plan or instructed by Management
  • Observe all health & safety rules and take reasonable care to promote the health and safety of self and others and raise any concerns to the Field Care Supervisor

Requirements
  • Must have their own car to drive
  • Salary/Contract: Full-Time Contract hours per week, Part-time contract hours per week, Hourly Pay- £11.50- £11.85
