**About The Opportunity**

As a team our mission is to keep the WeWork magic alive, keep our community of members connected and add value to their membership. We are a centralised team who aim to curate, elevate and scale. In this role, you will:
**Your role**:
- Lead in creative, logístical and operational planning for all elevated & community events throughout our buildings in UK and Ireland building’s for UKI members to provide them with added value to their membership (e.g Rooftops event series, Cinema Clubs, Comedy nights)- Manage the annual calendar and plan a strategic and impactful schedule of events- Manage and distribute your budgets accordingly as well as monthly reporting- Create marketing materials and briefings for confirmed events for our Community Teams- Work with and bring on suppliers and partners to support elevated and community events strategy- Think outside the box and creativity to create new and innovative events- Execute the elevated events schedule with collaboration from the team and community teams- Lead in all communications to Community and education workshops- Create quarterly reports based on data, results and activity- Work with relevant internal teams on compliance and legal requirement for events- Feedback and data collation for each building’s events- Bringing on new suppliers and event ideas

**Implement/Drive as a department**:
- A clear strategy for elevated events throughout the year- A structure of communication between buildings, central events team and suppliers- Set and adopt best practises- Ensuring general practice for team to spend smarter and cost efficiency- Know our buildings
- market research, WeWork customers per building- Set the standards
- guidelines, support, materials- Outside of the box thinking, always wanting to improve on and elevate our event offering for members- Assist the team on projects and partnerships- Creative thinking and planning for event ideas- Lead in planning of strategies- Evaluations and reporting- Supplier Onboarding and invoicing
