FTTP Project Admin
Location: Whitstable/ Kent
**Salary**: Up to £26,000 + Company Benefits
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide project wide administrative support to all team members.
- Compile & manage work schedules for surveyors & subcontractors.
- Attend client reviews & manage client reporting tools.
- Ensure trackers and databases are kept updated and accurate.
- Interrogate client databases to obtain work orders, site information & mapping tools.
- Assist project delivery with site specific queries & compile project reports.
- Prepare sub-contractor (S/C) orders, organise & manage finances and provide instruction & guidance.
- Quality check S/C returns and manage quality issues in conjunction with PM.
- Raise and review purchase orders, invoices & financial schedules, and manage DFE requirements on
internal & client systems.
- Prepare financial forecasts and process invoicing, both manual and self billing
- Monitor PPE/kit requirements, GDU calibration dates, training expiry dates & other H&S details.
Experience Required:
- 1 - 2 years experience as a Project Admin / Coordinator in the FTTx industry (Desirable)
- Working use of project tracking software in Telecoms (Desirable)
