This role involves
- Main focus will be on managing/conducting 1st and 2nd stage supply chain tendering for high value project works supporting all areas of the Otis Group business.
- Working in close collaboration with Sales, Estimating and Operations to manage and conduct a 1st and 2nd stage competitive tendering process to support the Otis business with submitting competitive bids to achieve cost savings to contribute to margin growth for the business.
- Implement procurement tendering best practices such as e-tenders, fixed price catalogues etc, and to continuously review and improve internal processes.
- Supporting all areas of the business with a strong bias towards New Equipment & Modernisation and high value repair work, securing competitive 1st stage quotations and improved 2nd stage quotations / conduct final negotiations to secure best price and cost savings for the project and business.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Degree in business or supply chain related topic or equivalent experience.
- Hold or be working towards a Supply Chain qualification (CIPS)
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of Construction Industry and ideally in the Elevator industry
