**Hours of Work**:37.5 (any 5 days in 7, shifts vary between the hours of 9am-5.30pm)

**Aromatherapy Associates** has been sharing the therapeutic powers of essential oils for over 35 years. The Brand was founded in 1985 by Geraldine Howard & Sue Beechey, therapists that had trained under the renowned aromatherapist Micheline Arcier, who can be traced back to the modern-day founders of aromatherapy. It was then that they experienced first-hand the powerfully positive effects of essential oils on our physical and emotional wellbeing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor inventory levels through the system and excel spreadsheets.
- Placing PO’s and liasing with external suppliers and manufacturers.
- Track materials deliveries.
- Booking stock in the system.
- Generate weekly production schedule based on demand and materials availability.
- Manage monthly materials stock take.
- Update KPI spreadsheets.
- Supporting the supply chain team on projects.
