**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including management of sea and air freight, local transport, and shipment tracking.
- Work closely with our suppliers, transportation partners, and internal teams to facilitate efficient logistics operations.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery forms. Update and maintain our supply chain's data and records.
- Troubleshoot problems in the supply chain and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and shipping procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring we are adequately stocked to meet customer demand without overstocking.
- Compile and present regular reports detailing supply chain operations and performance metrics, aiding in the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as required, such as scheduling, filing, and handling correspondence.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics administration or a similar role.
- Intermediate skills in shipping fulfilment (i.e. booking shipping lines, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any relevant logistics software.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and shipping procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to commute to our Brentford office efficiently.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
