**About the Role**

Working with the other successful Customer Service Advisors, this is an important role within customer interaction for Service Management for our customers. You will be pivotal in delivering high quality service with a 'right first time' approach, covering all customer queries with the drive to resolve all issues or requests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish clear and professional communication with customers, whilst acting as the voice of the customer in seeking mutually acceptable resolution for issues raised
- Successfully respond to customer interaction by interrogating Nasstar systems directly or working with other resolver teams in a timely manner
- Billing enquiries, requests for service credits, updates on payments and invoices
- Progress chasing incidents, change, provisioning enquiries
- Record the nature of the customer request and either respond directly, or work with internal teams to ensure a correct response is given
- Ensure a level of customer service that meets customer needs when tickets, conversations and live chats are reviewed by the Customer Service Manager

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience of dealing with customers of all levels in a direct, customer-facing role
- Able to demonstrate administration skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage personal workload
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Takes ownership of tasks and drives resolutions
- Able to interrogate systems such as ServiceNow, NMC and core Microsoft Office
- Exposure to Cloud or Communication technology sectors - highly desirable
