**Role responsibilities**

The Revenue Management Lead will develop the Revenue Management Strategy and proactively optimise the Transport for Wales (TfW) Advance product market, growing and maximising revenue.
- Introducing the benefits of ‘airline style pricing’ to new geographies, through changes in product designing and retailing availability, and encouraging greater use of services in low demand areas and ensuring optimisation of revenue for higher demand routes, using a variety of products and price points.
- Leading in day-to-day Revenue Management activity by providing guidance to two Revenue Management Analysts, and indirectly to the Pricing and Revenue Assistant in the Pricing team where shared objectives exist to ensure the delivery of incremental revenue.
- Investigate market changes and identify growth opportunities using data led insights and reporting them back to the wider team to drive change.
- Research, identify, develop and deliver innovation within the revenue management field by designing and coordinating appropriate tests of enhancements and presenting findings.

**Who we’re looking for**
- Demonstrable experience in delivering clear, measured revenue growth to an organisation.
- Excellent analytical acumen, and the ability to translate data into presentable insights and initiatives.
- Experience of managing and influencing within commercial and customer focused projects.

**Welsh Language Skills**

Transport for Wales supports and promotes the use of the Welsh Language by employees and will encourage them to develop, improve and maintain their Welsh Language skills.
