Our client, based in Warwickshire**,** is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a temporarycontract for three months.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is up to £21ph PAYE inclusive of holiday pay.

**Duties will include (but not limited to)**:

- Managing high volume ER casework including complex cases, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management
- Advising managers throughout investigations and hearings, taking a best practice approach to conflict resolution
- Producing reports on employee KPIs to identify trends around absence, sickness and performance to reduce casework
- Guiding managers on processes and firmly explain what actions to take

**Skills, knowledge and expertise required**:

- Extensive ER experience
- Effective communication skills
- CIPD qualified

**Working hours**:

- 35 hours per week
- Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
