Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

**Salary**: Starting from £65,000 pa, dependant on skills and experience, excellent benefits package plus annual bonuses.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the Head of HR for the Alderley Park site; build, maintain and develop a close relationship with the Site Head, leadership team, line managers and employees.
- Partner with site leadership team to understand business objectives and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Act as HR Business Partner for client groups; these could be local and global.
- Lead and facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
- Utilise strong data analytics skills to derive insights and make informed HR decisions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, emphasising agility and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative HR solutions.
- Provide thought leadership in the areas of talent development, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Foster a data-driven culture by leveraging analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, OD, and Change Management.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

- A substantial track record of Human Resource generalist experience in a complex HR business, ideally within a global environment.
- Proven experience as an HRBP with a focus on Organisational Development.
- Demonstrated expertise in Change Management methodologies.
- Passion for and experience in data analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Agile HR methodologies and the ability to adapt HR processes to an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Life science industry experience would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge of UK employment law.
- Must be comfortable working in a standalone environment; can comfortably handle multiple and changing priorities.
- Relevant HR certifications and advanced degrees in HR or related field are a plus.
