**The Role**:
**Project Assistant**

Working alongside Project Managers to support web projects through the studio efficiently.

You will work with the studio team internally to deliver a website to the client’s requirements and manage the transition of work between departments to make sure the whole project process is smooth and cohesive.

Using our Project Management software (Teamwork), you will detail the relevant tasks and make sure time is tracked accordingly.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage any project administration, including documentation, tasks and time tracking.
- Populate websites, updating and adding information for the clients.
- Testing websites to ensure that all aspects are working prior to launch. Justify your content against industry-recognised tools and software.
- A relevant professional qualification or at least 1-year project management experience.
- Practical experience with content management systems and project management software.
- A meticulous eye for detail.
- A passion for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisational, time-management and people management skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and clear focus.
