**About the role**

Are you driven by the belief that client-centred care should be at the heart of every healthcare organisation? We are excited to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinical Team Leader to our Thames Valley region, where you'll play a pivotal role in making this belief a reality.

In our Nurse-led environment, well-established protocols and robust support systems create a values-driven culture focused on care and inclusivity. We are seeking a Clinical Team Leader who shares our passion and commitment to drive this culture forward. You will have experience of leaderships and leading a team.

As the Clinical Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation of the centres on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all clinical areas, providing guidance and supervision to the nursing team, coordinating with doctors, surgeons, and anaesthetists, and serving as the primary point of contact for clinical and safeguarding matters. You may be required to undertake travel to clinics located within the region

With your registration as a Clinical Team Leader, you will receive a tailored training package that aligns with your clinical expertise. This package will equip you to deliver safe and effective abortion care to our clients. While prior experience in sexual and reproductive health is welcomed, it is not a mandatory requirement for this role. We value diversity in backgrounds and perspectives.

You'll become part of a diverse team composed of both clinical and non-clinical professionals. Together, we empower our clients to make reproductive choices that are truly aligned with their needs and values.
