Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that clinical priorities align with organisational goals, focusing on safety, client experience, and sustainability. Your ability to travel across the region will enable you to contribute to the seamless coordination of services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management and leadership within a clinical setting
- Ability to inspire and motivate a clinical team towards providing exceptional client care
- A valid Nursing and Midwifery Pin
