We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group’s Human Resources Team, as a HR Assistant. The role is a permanent post, working 37 hours per week: Monday to Friday.

This role is working from our Burnett Road office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered.

In this job role as a HR Assistant, you will provide an effective and efficient HR support service. You will support administrative activities throughout the employee journey and maintain HR systems to ensure employee-related data is updated and accurate. Acting as the first point of contact for general queries coming into the HR team and giving guidance to staff and line managers on people processes; escalating issues to the HR Business Partners as appropriate.

You’ll also support the wider HR team with employee relations matters such as disciplinaries, grievances and absence management, as well as ad hoc projects that support us in creating a great place to work.

You’ll need strong administrative skills, proficient use of solutions such as Microsoft Office 365, experience of working with HR procedures and best practice and working within a team. Applications are welcomed for the role of HR Assistant from those who can use their initiative to identify priorities and areas for improvement. You’ll need to be educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
