**Duties & Responsibilities**

As Service Support Administrator, your responsibilities may include:

- providing administration support to our Field Service Engineers

**Necessary skills and qualifications**
- a positive and proactive attitude
- being a customer focused team player
- a high level of computer literacy focused around Microsoft products
- the ability to multitask
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

**Salary & Benefits**
- Salary - dependent on experience.
- Company Pension available after qualifying period.
- Holidays - 21 days per year, with incremental increases after 2 years’ service.
- Benefits - Uniform, free parking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,060.00-£24,025.00 per year
