Your criteria for success will include:
Processing inbound orders (no outbound sales calls)

Responding to varied customer service enquiries

Maintaining and developing existing customer relations

Good organisation skills and knowledge of computer software

The individual:
Enthusiastic and able to demonstrate initiative

Customer focused

Commercially aware, numerate, articulate and computer literate
