Connection Provider (ICP) offering a comprehensive and professional full-turnkey service at
voltages up to 33kV.
Our expertise includes the design, construction, installation, connection, commissioning,
repair and maintenance of all underground cables, overhead lines and electrical
infrastructure from LV to 33kV.
Serconnect is currently seeking a Contracts Coordinator to support our team in
administering a large maintenance and inspections contract for one of the largest IDNOs in
the UK. This role offers flexible working arrangements, including full-time or part-time
options and the ability to work remotely.
**Position Overview**:
As a Contracts Coordinator at Serconnect, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient
execution of our maintenance, inspections and faults contracts for a leading IDNO in the UK.
Your responsibilities will include contract administration, data management, communication
with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with contractual
obligations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Contract Administration:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of contract management procedures.
- Review and analyse contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of contract documents, amendments, and correspondence.
Data Management:
- Manage contract-related data in our systems and databases.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis as needed.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between different teams involved in the contract.
- Coordinate meetings and follow-up actions.
Compliance Monitoring:
- Monitor contract performance against agreed-upon milestones and KPIs.
- Identify and report any deviations or issues.
- Collaborate with the team to implement corrective actions.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on contract status and performance.
- Maintain a record of correspondence, change orders, and contractual amendments.
Support Team Efforts:
- Assist the team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in contracts coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments.
