**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive international marketing and communication strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market presence in target regions.
- Develop internal and external communication channels
- Create compelling content, including but not limited to, blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials, to raise awareness and drive engagement.
- Manage social media channels and online presence to effectively communicate the organisation’s mission, values, and impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage opportunities for storytelling and showcasing the organisation’s social impact initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify the organisation’s message and reach.
- Lead the planning and execution of international events, trade shows, and conferences to engage with key stakeholders and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyse marketing and communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Report to the CEO/COO providing high quality, confidential and efficient support drafting and formatting of reports, presentations, briefing papers and other correspondences.
- Develop and implement the organisation’s social impact strategy, encompassing philanthropy, corporate social responsibility (CSR), community engagement, and sustainability initiatives.
- Support events and initiatives by coordinating promotional activities and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive relationships with partners, and the community.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Whilst experience is preferable we also encourage recent graduates of a Marketing, Communications and creative courses who are enthusiastic with excellent communication skills and a creative approach to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for driving positive change and making a meaningful impact.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of social issues, sustainability practices, and ethical business principles.
