An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Paediatric Critical Care and Surgery in Children Operational Delivery Networks for an experienced Administrator/Data Coordinator to provide comprehensive, high quality administrative and data support.

You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work autonomously. You will be an excellent communicator, able to interact with multi-disciplinary teams and work with the clinical, education and project management staff within the core ODN team.

Main duties of the job

This role includes complex diary management, coordination and arrangement of meetings, minute-taking, travel /accommodation arrangements for a small but busy team. The post also involves the support of the ODN team with data collection/entry and the preparation of reports/documents. You will be a vital support to the ODN education team, assisting with planning and administration of study days and courses. This post will be remote working with a requirement to attend regular meetings at CUH and some potential travel within region and beyond.

You will work closely with the PCC and SiC Network teams, Network Sub Group Chairs and PCC/SiC leads in each Trust. Liaison will be required with a wide range of multi-professional staff groups across the region, in neighbouring Networks and nationally.

You will need to possess the skills, knowledge and attributes outlined in the attached person specification.
