Working in a busy Institutional Transfer Agency team covering LGIM’s range of pooled Investment Vehicles. We are looking for an InvestmentAnalyst to provide a comprehensive customer-focused service in support of the organisations growth and goals, maintainingquality targets and standards.

The principal function of the Institutional Transfer Agency Team is to provide an efficient low risk environment for capturing all IMA pooled fund orders and cashflows for LGIM’s clients. Maintaining the fully serviced Life Fund Administration (TA) for thePMC product range, acting as a gatekeeper for all activities and processes.

This will be a 12 month fixed term contract.

**What you'll be doing**
- To complete as directed activities for LGIM’s pooled fund range including:

- order receipt and validation
- confirmation of fund net activity
- price orders (including crossing)
- maintain unit register
- value and unitise all PMC transactions
- distribution of client contract note
- provision of data internally
- Investigating and resolving client and internal instruction related queries
- Maintaining good relationships with internal and external clients and 3rd Parties, regularly review outstanding issues to ensure a high level of service is received.
- Investigation of errors and implementation of corrective action where appropriate
- Participation in change initiatives representing the needs of the department
- Work closely with internal/external clients to continuously assess their requirements. Ensure service level agreements are adhered to.
- Produce management information highlighting trends, analysis and errors.
- Scan, file and maintain allocation packs and folders
- Maintain detailed knowledge of fund platform operation processes and system.
- Work collaboratively with manager/team fostering credibility and influence towards developing a reputation of operational excellence across the firm.
