We’re searching for an experienced and friendly Host/Hostess who has an exceptional eye for detail and delivers flawless service for our luxury hotel situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. You’ll be dynamic, engaging and have a natural flair for interacting with our guests.

**The Role**

As FB Host/Hostess, you’ll play a key role in our restaurant and build great relationships with our customers. You’ll have a good understanding of restaurant operations, a real passion for customer care, food and drink and a strong knowledge of wines, beers and spirits.

**The Person**

As well as having previous experience in a similar role, you’ll have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.

**The Hotel**

Situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, with 228 bedrooms including 11 suites, this period building has been beautifully restored to its former glory in a luxurious design to offer the ultimate in relaxation.

The rooms and suites at the hotel exude elegance and guests can savour fine Mediterranean fusion cuisine in W/A Kensington Restaurant Bar, enjoy a traditional Afternoon tea in Botanica with its sophisticated atrium setting or unwind with a late-night drink in our cocktail bar ESQ.
