F&B Supervisor, Food & Beverage

SHIFT PATTERN (40 hours, 5 days per week)

We’re looking for a F&B Supervisor to join our vibrant and dynamic purchasing team.

Be part of the exclusive team hosting Mayfair’s newest and most exciting dining destination. As F&B Supervisor at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London you will play an integral part in facilitating an experience like London has never known. 

As a F&B Supervisor at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

Attending pre-service briefings for daily updates, ensuring tasks are followed up efficiently prior to guest’s arrival. Excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items served in Akira Back. Recommending food and drinks, explain restaurant concept, present the menus and take food and beverage orders. Coordinating the service of food and beverages together with Manager efficiently and accurately. Responding proactively to guest queries, ensuring that appropriate action is taken in the absence of the manager/assistant, followed by effective communication.

As a F&B Supervisor, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and afternoon shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
