As we prepare to join our first-ever hotel in the UK, RIU Plaza London Victoria, we are seeking exceptional F&B Supervisor to join our team.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS F&B SUPERVISOR? As a F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the restaurant and bar operation. Your key responsibilities will include: Supervise and coordinate the service of food and beverages, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely delivery. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance, recommendations, and information about menu options. Provide exceptional customer service to guests by warmly welcoming them, assisting with seating, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience. Supervise and support the restaurant and bar team, ensuring smooth operations and effective teamwork Assist in the training and development of the staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. Follow the hotel's policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety
