The Position
As F&B Cost Controller, you will be responsible for the control of all goods in F&B.
You will ensure strict measures are in place for the delivery of goods from suppliers that enter the hotel and for issuing goods to the different F&B outlets within the Hotel.
You will be highly experienced in stocktakes and being able to identify and take immediate action where you see patterns emerging of where poor stock control is in place.
You will be clean and methodical in your work, and have excellent planning and organising skills. You will be a team player and an excellent communicator. Experience in a similar role would be ideal.Why join us at Rocco Forte Hotels?
