**Job description**

**Vehicle Handover Specialist.**

**The role**
- Working closely with the Sales Team to arrange and organise a vehicle handover with customers.
- Ensure all customer collections are similar in ensuring a process to help provide a valuable experience to our customers.
- Keep on top of vehicle progress required for vehicles for handover.
- Learn and understand opportunities to upsell accessories and/or regulated Insurance Products prior to and during handover.
- Ensure all customers have detailed experience whilst achieving the business benchmark for Connected Services.
- FCA regulated to complete sale of Additional Regulated Insurances and Accessories.
- Complete Follow Up Calls with handovers to ensure any additional questions are answered for the customer whilst potentially offering a second handover to build further customer value.
- Assist the Sales Team in busier times to abide by a customer focused ethos.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday - Friday 09.00 - 18.00

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
