Vehicle Prepper

**Duties**:

- Use of correct tools and equipment to carry out prep work and repairs (where competent) while following specified methods in line with the BSI standards.
- Working and communicating effectively in a team to ensure that vehicles are repaired in a safe manner to a high standard.
- Carry out all aspects of prep work to panels including sanding, masking, filler work and dent pulling where competent
- Ensure the Quality Check sheets and other relevant documentation are completed correctly.
- Reporting any issues to the Workshop Manager
- Ensuring the workshop and its equipment is clean, safe and stored correctly.
- Assist in other areas of the workshop with other tasks such as driving vehicles to other locations for specialist services, cleaning the vehicles ready to be collected by customers and ensuring parts are stored correctly.
- Logging on to repair jobs using the WorkM8 app on the tablets provided.
- Taking necessary photos during every stage of the repair.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience within a body shop environment
- Knowledge of Ezi Methods and WorkM8 preferred
- Qualifications preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for automotive repair
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

**Salary**: £22,880.00-£29,120.00 per year
