Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency. As a key member of our Operational Delivery Profession, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful maintenance of our ISO certifications and compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective audit and compliance strategies to ensure the agency's management systems are aligned with international standards.
- Lead on external audits, producing and explaining management system documentation to auditors.
- Manage all changes and communications arising from non-conformities and ensure successful recertification to standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including effective stakeholder management of bulk mail account managers.
- Investigate and monitor the resolution of compliance issues, including data breaches or complaints, and maintain appropriate records.
