About the Role


The City & County of Swansea is seeking an experienced Early Years and Childcare Compliance Specialist to provide maternity cover until 31/03/24. This full-time temporary position involves addressing statutory duties outlined in the Childcare Act, with a focus on childcare sufficiency, data provision, and supporting various childcare programmes.


As a member of the Early Years Programmes Team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure accurate information and compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate must possess relevant childcare qualifications and experience in the sector.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary


The estimated salary for this position is around £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
