Job Overview:

A leading firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Specialists is seeking a skilled Tax Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is AAT, QBE or part ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified looking to specialise in personal tax.

About the Role:

This Tax Specialist role will involve taking responsibility for the day-to-day handling of client relationships, including being their main point of contact. Key responsibilities include reviewing and finalising Self Assessment Tax returns, ensuring clients are kept up to date on compliance and business obligations, as well as legislative changes, and reviewing tax returns and computations.

Your Background:

  • You should have at least 2 years of experience working within either a tax or general Accounts Function.
  • You should be Part Qualified or Fully qualified (Salary will depend on your level).

What You'll Get:

  • Competitive salary between £40,000-£60,000 depending on experience.
  • Opportunity to grow and manage a tax function.
  • Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays.
  • Christmas shutdown paid.
  • Study support if needed.
