**Learning & Assessment Co-ordinator**

**5 days per week **(Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) We are open to flexible working arrangements in support of a positive work/life balance.

**KSL Training** continues to grow as a highly successful UK training and assessment company, with a growing small to large client base across the private, public and voluntary sectors. We provide on-line psychometric testing services and deliver a wide range of leadership, communication skills and team building programmes for our clients predominantly in the UK and mainland Europe.

Due to sustained increased business levels and internal promotion, we are looking for a full time Learning & Assessment Co-ordinator with strong written communication, attention to detail and great IT skills to produce high quality branded training materials and adminster psychometric assessments that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with the Learning Solutions team and occasionally support our Client Services Team and Training Associates with information and resources.

To thrive in this role, you will need to be good with Word, PowerPoint and Excel, a great communicator, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy helping clients, colleagues and our fabulous trainers to deliver outstanding training solutions that regularly achieve 5 star ratings and highly appreciative client testimonials.

Working with us, you’ll be joining our small, friendly and highly professional team on a virtual basis with occasional visits to our Newbury office. You will have the opportunity to develop within our team.

**Job Title**:Learning & Assessment Co-ordinator

**Based at**: Main office or home with weekly visits to Kingfisher Court, Newbury

**Position reports to**: Head of Learning Solutions

**Job purpose summary**: to manage the quality and validity of training course materials, learning assessments and the administration of psychometric tests.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:
**1.** **Learning materials**: Proof read and quality check all on and offline learning materials to ensure they are reflective of our branding and visual presentation style. This will include:

- Branding new and amended training materials, usually PowerPoint presentations and Word participant journals/handouts.
- Reviewing new training materials produced by training designer and producing editable materials in PDF format.
- Producing pre and post communications and resources to all course participants, coachees and clients e.g. pre course information and learning resources, questionnaires, journals, slides and coaching guides.
- Scheduling and monitoring of training material production for large-scale training projects.
- Reviewing consistency of all training course materials from web site descriptions through to materials delivered to client and participants.
- Producing guidelines and tips for trainers designing materials.

**2.** **Training evaluation**:Compile analysis of participant feedback ratings across the training portfolio and trainer population to evaluate our training and coaching delivery performance. This will be achieved by:

- Compiling a summary of course ratings and recommendations for change per course as well as per Training Associate.
- Presenting results for Training Account Managers to share with current and prospective clients.

**3.** **External accreditation**:Working with the Head of Learning Solutions, plan and implement the external accreditation of our training courses and client training programmes. Future accreditations include:

- ILM Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 and 5
- Becoming an Apprenticeship training provider
- CPD based on client needs

**4.** **Psychometrics administration**:Administer all client psychometric assessments orders, retaining an accurate account of distribution. This will include:

- Prepare monthly client psychometric accounts and populate accurate assessment usage data for the client monthly invoice template and handover to Booking Co-ordinator to raise client invoices at the end of each month

**5.** **Security, health, well-being and safety**: Adhere to communicated policies and procedures relating to the security, personal data, health and safety of your home working office and the KSL office environment and equipment, Kingfisher Business Centre when attending meetings. Ensure your own actions take account of your own and other team members’ personal safety and wellbeing.

**Occasional duties**

In response to client needs, business peaks, team member coverage and personal development, occasional duties will include:
**6.** **Trainer bookings management**: Provide our trainers with the client booking details, logistics and KSL training resources for booked training events in an accurate and timely manner.

**7.** **Client feedback and booking follow up**:Provide participant feedback and post training resources to enable continuity of client support and future bookings
