**What You’ll Do**:
- Manage the change control process for customer orders, controlling the variations to design in the field between the subcontractors and Design & Build Team
- Ensure smooth hand-over to the Fibre Integrity team and the Governance team through the production of appropriate documentation.
- Work closely with all areas of the business to address customer issues or service.
- Provide adequate and timely reports to include measurements on delivery against ECD’s, 111.5/EXT16 task target performance, cycle time reduction and quality compliance of test results.
- Constantly improve the quality and inter-working within Fibre Services, ensures internal customer delivery targets and measurements are supported by back-to-back subcontractor commitments.
- Ensures resources, capabilities and capacity to meet both existing and new business demand.
**Who You Are**:
- An experienced service or operations delivery manager with prior experience of delivering orders to required timescales.
- Experience of communicating with stake holders
- Logical thinker/problem solver who is self-motivated and a strong contributor within a team.
- Ability to work independently on multiple activities, showing appropriate level of prioritisation and escalation skills.***:
