- HR2309**This role is to provide cover for maternity leave for up to 12 months.**

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the HR Operations Team in a busy and varied role. The HR Systems and Data Co Ordinator will work alongside the HR and Systems Data Analyst and HR Operations Manager and play a key role in the implementation and launch of a new HR and Payroll Solution.

They will also support other activities such as people data reporting to support service delivery, and the cyclical Higher Education Annual Return for HESA.

This is a varied role, so your flexibility, enthusiasm and professional approach will be a key requirement. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a Human Resources environment at a significant time of change, working collaboratively with a supportive and dedicated team to deliver a first-class customer service, and project implementation.

**From 1 August 2023, the salary range for this role will increase to £25,138 - £28,759, with the opportunity to progress to £39,348.**
