**HR Officer**
Our HR Officer will be responsible for executing the overall Support, Coordination, Collaboration and Compliance for our HR Team at our Worcestershire Head Office.
Are you looking for your next HR Officer role? With exceptional attention to detail, you, as a HR Officer, will act as a central function of the HR team at Compco Fire Systems. Together, we can redefine what’s possible for the future of the Fire Protection Industry.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including the scheduling and conducting of all inductions across the different Compco sites.
- Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database.
- Dealing with day-to-day HR Queries.
- Supporting Line Managers in HR matters such as returns to work and performance reviews.
- Providing support to the HR Team in updating the company handbook and company HR policies and procedures.
- Working with the CEO to organize and support all social and charity events within the business. Keeping up to date with the latest information/employment law changes.
**What You’ll Need**:
- Proven Experience in a Similar HR Officer/Advisor Role
- Working towards/obtained CIPD level 5 Qualification
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional Attention to Detail
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
This is an office-based role and would require the successful HR Officer to attend Monday-Friday at Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
