Job Title

Part-time HR Advisor

Description

This is a part-time role for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our manufacturing company in Stourport-on-Severn. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day activities surrounding recruitment, absence management, and onboarding.

Main Responsibilities

  • Talent acquisition - writing job descriptions, arranging interviews, and completing offers and contracts
  • Managing and monitoring annual leave and absences, including preparation of attendance information for payroll
  • Completing return to work, exit interviews, identifying initiatives to increase employee retention
  • Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
  • Attending disciplinaries and grievances, providing note-taking and associated reports
  • Any general HR administration tasks as required

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an individual with experience in talent management, understanding of the Bradford Factor or similar, strong time management, and good initiative. Additionally, proven experience working in a HR role is essential.

Working Hours

The successful candidate will be required to work office-based part-time hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm (1pm on Fridays).

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £24,479 per annum (FTE £32k) plus a range of benefits, including a health plan and training schemes.
