Sales Support Administrator

To assist the sales team and provide general administrative support. You'll help to make the best use of the team’s time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks, both external and internal and aid in achieving the team’s aims and objectives.
Location: Brackmills, Northampton, NN4.
**Salary**: £24,000 - £28,000
Responsible for:
- Checking finance proposals contain all relevant information and submitting proposals to lenders, including all ancillary or supporting documentation e.g bank statements, land registry searches, accounts etc.
- Submitting auto-decisioning proposals on lenders portals.
- Invoice requests/liaising with suppliers to raise invoices
- Checking invoices for correct formatting, i.e. all equipment is new, serial numbers, delivery address, not Pro-forma etc.
- Chasing suppliers for bank details on supplier letterhead/voided paying in slips etc.
- Organising signings and proofing/detail-checking customer finance documentation prior and post-signing.
- Checking signed finance agreements are correctly executed before signing them off for payout
- Compiling pay-out packs post-signing to be sent to lenders for processing.
- Managing and updating CRM and databases.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Raising a multitude of varied finance documentation.
- Checking lending/interest rates for client proposals.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Be proactive in identifying the needs of the sales team and wider business.
- Be a problem solver, able to investigate issues and find solutions without having to escalate.
- Be computer literate.
- Demonstrate a proficient and professional telephone manner.
- Have an ability to manage and organise their own workload and priorities.
