Account Executive

**About the Role**
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our London team. Integral to our account teams, you will support the management of a variety of client marketing campaigns across a range of sectors including Education, property and B2B. You should have experience of working in an agency environment and supporting the delivery of campaigns on Chinese digital platforms.
With strong attention to detail, good time management skills, a solid understanding of the project lifecycle you will use your excellent communications skills to liaise with a variety of internal teams, client teams and 3rd parties, both in the UK and China.
**Responsibilities**
- Key point of contact for clients, building relationships with client counterparts.
- Responsible for the day-to-day account upkeep (budgets, status updates, timelines, media tracking, KOL/KOC collaboration, contact reports, internal/external meeting coordination, agendas, travel, historical data mining, marketing support)
- Co-ordinate teams through all stages of campaign development from strategy to development stage (project management, planning, creative, production, campaign management)
- Manage, monitor and review ongoing marketing campaigns, including all related channels
- Distribute content to Chinese social channels such as Weibo, WeChat, Little Redbook
- Complete projects to schedule and within an agreed budget, provide support with tracking and monthly performance reporting
- Manage multiple small projects and support AMs and SAMs on larger projects
- Identify scope changes and escalate to Ams
- Foster good working relationships by collaborating with clients, internal departments and external agency partners/vendors
- Take ownership of smaller client projects and relationships
- Support Account Managers by delivering marketing content for larger clients
- Conduct basic analyses and present client’s business results and competitive landscapes to clients and agency team members
- Attention to detail, responsible for ensuring that all final assets are delivered on time and within budget, ensuring all final checks on copy, imagery and usage rights are made
- Monitor and keep the team up to date on all competitive activity.

- Strong ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ensures accuracy in all communications.
- Good team player
- 2 years+ working experience, preferably agency experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
