Retail Execution Executive at Unilever

    We are seeking a Retail Execution Executive to join our UKI Retail Execution Team at Unilever. This role will involve supporting the Retailer Execution Manager in delivering retailer activations across all business units, maximizing the impact of Unilever's brands at the point of purchase with our retailers.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Retailer Execution Manager in developing and delivering retailer activations with our customers across all business units.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including commercial, brand, media, digital, creative, insight, and shopper marketing teams.
  • Engage with retailers, agency partners, customer account teams, and business unit shopper marketing and brand teams.
  • Track and evaluate activations, ensuring learnings are shared internally and delivered against KPIs.
  • Utilize tools such as Kantar, PDC, CMI, and Plan Apps to understand shopper execution performance and category dynamics.
  • Stay current with new ways of shopping and media associated with an omnichannel world through regular store visits and online walkthroughs.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are executed to budget and with accurate forecasts.

    Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and landing differentiated brand activations across digital and traditional channels.
  • Understanding of retailer dynamics and strategy, with the ability to put the shopper at the centre of what we do.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and track and evaluate activations.
  • Comfortable challenging retailer media agencies and media sales managers on their media offering.
  • Ability to use tools such as Kantar, PDC, CMI, and Plan Apps to understand shopper execution performance and category dynamics.
