Are you an experienced CRM Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge? Do you enjoy managing large projects and building key relationships?

Our reputable client based in Nottingham are looking to hire a CRM Manager to join their Business Development Team. Within this role you’ll initially be overseeing the implementation of a new CRM system and then driving a culture of excellence in clientrelationship management.

**To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials**:

- Previous CRM system experience, ideally within professional services
- Previous experience and success using Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or Interaction
- Data management data analysis skills
- Knowledgeable on database and data warehouse
- Excellent communication skills
- Innovative thinking skills and the ability drive change
- Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Problem solver
- Strong project management skills
- Highly organised and able to manage conflicting timescales and priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledgeable on the use of Microsoft Office

**Within this position, you’ll also be**:

- Working closely with the Director of Business Development to roll out a new CRM system
- Developing and implementing easy to use user-processes and user guides
- Managing and maintaining data
- Developing a firmwide data & client relationship strategy
- Maintaining GDPR compliance and providing regular CRM best practice guidance
- Working closely with BD managers & practice groups to enhance their key account management programmes
- Carrying out commercial analysis and reporting on any potential new business opportunities
- Supporting the strategic client development and growth programme
- Managing relationships with external agencies and internal teams to ensure data administration tasks are carried out effectively

**Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Working hours are Monday - Friday
