As a Customer Success Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services. This role offers a perfect blend of remote and in-office work, with one day a week spent in our collaborative office environment.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve satisfaction.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes.
Previous experience in a customer success or customer support role from a previous B2B or the telecoms industry.
Technical proficiency in telecommunications products and services.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum.
